Do you travel outside of Ottawa?
Yes, we will travel up to 1 hour outside of the Ottawa area.
Do you do the work when product is not supplied by OCC?
Yes, we are happy to work with the customer no matter what the request!
Do you charge for estimates?
Estimates are free of charge no matter how big or small the job may be!
Do you have a credit service/Payment plan?
We don’t have a structured plan as of yet but we are willing to make arrangements to suit the customers needs.
We do accept Visa, with a 3% fee, Mastercard with a 5% fee & American Express with a 6% fee.
Do you have samples of product material?
Yes, we have a showroom that you can walk into during the shops hours of operation.
Do you do refurbishing?
Yes, we do sand blasting, on site painting, and powder-coating.
What is OCC's average speed of service?
It is our goal to commence each job within two weeks of the customers accepting their quote and agreeing to go ahead with the job!
